Participant – Founding Member (Category AA)

Eligible Applicants

Legal entities engaged in construction, manufacturing of construction materials, structural systems, equipment, and other sector-related activities.

Rights

  • Participation in issues concerning Members as outlined in the Association Charter
  • Eligibility to nominate and be elected to governing bodies
  • Access to all services and programs offered by the Association with a 70% discount
  • Legal protection and representation in courts and other organizations

Obligations

  • Annual membership fee (based on a unanimous decision of all members in accordance with the Charter)
  • Adherence to ethical and technical standards, protection of personal data, and confidentiality

Benefits

Full access to all opportunities and the right to use the Association’s logo

Associate Member (Category B)

Eligible Applicants

Individuals or entities operating in construction and related sectors (logistics, mechanical engineering, repair, audit, engineering, design) classified as micro or small businesses and registered taxpayers.

Limitations

No voting rights or participation in governance

Eligible Applicants

Medium and large business entities engaged in construction, manufacturing of construction materials, structural systems, and equipment, and other related sectors.

Limitations

  • No voting rights or participation in the management of the Association
  • Ineligible for nomination or election to governing bodies

Rights

  • Creation and participation in technical committees, advisory boards, and expert commissions not related to governance
  • Submission of proposals to the governing bodies
  • Access to all services and programs offered by the Association with a 50% discount
  • Legal protection and representation in courts and other organizations

  • Exempt from membership fees
  • Participation in events, boards, and commissions by Association invitation

  • Provision of a specially designed “Honorary Member” package

Annual membership fee: C (Honorary) Honorary stipend (determined by the Executive Body)

Student and Young Professional Member (Category E)

Eligible Applicants

Students and young professionals in construction, architecture, or engineering fields

  • Symbolic membership fee
  • Compliance with professional ethics

Annual membership fee: E (Student/Young) 100 AZN (or stipend determined by the Executive Body)

Suspension or Termination of Membership

4. Membership may be suspended in the following cases:

  • Failure to fulfill obligations
  • Ethical violations
  • Actions damaging public reputation
  • Decision by Founding Members

4.1. Membership may be terminated by decision of the Board. A member may appeal the decision in writing within 30 days. Termination may also occur in case of bankruptcy or by court order.

Additional Rules

  • Members have the right to use the Association’s logo (according to category).
  • Members may benefit from ATIA’s auditing, certification, training, and regulatory technical support services (according to category) at discounted rates.

Volunteering

Students interested in engaging with the activities of the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association may join the organization as volunteers. This provides them with the opportunity to gain insight into the execution of various events and projects undertaken by ATIA.

“Pro” Membership

“Pro” Membership is the highest level of membership. This membership is granted to companies that have achieved exceptional results in the construction field and provide specialized services in this sector. The membership application is reviewed by the Board of Chairmen of the Association within 10 working days from the date of the initial submission.

Membership Rules and Procedures

1. General Provisions
1.1. The “Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association” (hereinafter — the “Association”), based on its charter and the rules established by the Chairman of the Union (executive body), hereby sets forth these rules, which, on a legal basis and in accordance with the objectives and goals provided for in its charter, regulate the provision, coordination, and facilitation of joint activities, as well as the procedure for joining the cooperation (admission to membership — hereinafter “membership”).
1.2. Membership is carried out on a voluntary basis, through open and transparent procedures.
1.3. Membership is determined on the basis of rights and obligations and is regulated in accordance with these rules approved by the executive body of the Association.

2. Membership Application
2.1. Applications can be submitted via the Association’s official portal or in writing.
2.2. The application must include the following documents:

  • State registration certificate for legal entities or taxpayer identification number (VÖEN) for sole proprietors (ID for honorary members)
  • Description of the field of activity
  • For Founding Members: Financial reports for the last 3 years, profit declaration, unqualified audit opinion, and letter of recommendation
  • Declaration of acceptance of the Charter and commitment to ethical standards

3. Membership Fees
3.1. Fees are determined annually and may be revised by the Board of Directors.
