Participant - Founding Member (Category AA)
Eligible Applicants
- Legal entities engaged in construction, manufacturing of construction materials, structural systems, equipment, and other sector-related activities.
Rights
- Participation in issues concerning Members as outlined in the Association Charter.
- Eligibility to nominate and be elected to governing bodies.
- Access to all services and programs offered by the Association with a 70% discount.
- Legal protection and representation in courts and other organizations.
Obligations
- Annual membership fee (based on a unanimous decision of all members in accordance with the Charter).
- Adherence to ethical and technical standards, protection of personal data, and confidentiality.
Benefits
- Full access to all opportunities and the right to use the Association’s logo.
Annual membership fee: AA (Founding) Based on the decision of the Executive Body.
Corporate Member (Category A)
Eligible Applicants
- Medium and large business entities engaged in construction, manufacturing of construction materials, structural systems, and equipment, and other related sectors.
Limitations
- No voting rights or participation in the management of the Association.
- Ineligible for nomination or election to governing bodies.
Rights
- Creation and participation in technical committees, advisory boards, and expert commissions not related to governance.
- Submission of proposals to the governing bodies.
- Legal protection and representation in courts and other organizations.
Obligations
- Annual membership fee.
- Adherence to ethical and technical standards, protection of personal data, and confidentiality.

Associate Member (Category B)
Eligible Applicants
- Individuals or entities operating in construction and related sectors (logistics, mechanical engineering, repair, audit, engineering, design) classified as micro or small businesses and registered taxpayers.
Limitations
- No voting rights or participation in governance.

- Discounted access (25%) to events and trainings.

- Exempt from membership fees.
- Participation in events, boards, and commissions by Association invitation.

International Member (Category D)

Free / Non-paid Membership (Category F)

Rights
Free membership is a form of membership offered to legal entities that wish to stay informed about the activities of the Association and gain access to essential information regarding the construction industry.
This category covers companies operating in the following areas:
- Production of construction materials (concrete, reinforced concrete, stone, cement, paint, construction components, and other industrial products)
- Supply of construction technologies and equipment (manufacturing equipment, construction machinery, engineering systems, etc.)
- Industrial and design engineering services (metal structures, structural solutions, project documentation, and industrial components)
- Contracting companies engaged in the construction of buildings and engineering structures (legal entities providing construction of residential and non-residential facilities, infrastructure projects, repair and construction works and other construction execution services)
- Construction industry services and logistics provision (material transportation, warehousing, service and technical services and other related areas)
Obligations
Free membership is non-paid. Companies participating under this membership type must comply with the following conditions:
- Operate in a manner that does not contradict the rules and requirements stated in the Association’s Charter.
- Adhere to the ethical principles and sector standards of the Association.
- Provide information confirming the company’s field of activity.
- Bear responsibility for the accuracy of the information submitted about the company.
- Keep contact information and operational status up to date.
Benefits
This category is designed to provide basic access to industry information, regulatory updates, and the Association’s general information resources for legal entities operating in the construction industry but not utilizing the Association’s paid membership packages.
Through free membership, companies remain informed about the Association’s activities, strengthen information networking within the sector, and can transition to paid membership packages offering broader opportunities when needed.
Suspension or Termination of Membership
4. Membership may be suspended in the following cases:
- Failure to fulfill obligations.
- Ethical violations.
- Actions damaging public reputation.
- Decision by Founding Members.
4.1. Membership may be terminated by decision of the Board. A member may appeal the decision in writing within 30 days. Termination may also occur in case of bankruptcy or by court order.
Additional Rules
- Members have the right to use the Association’s logo (according to category).
- Members may benefit from ATIA’s auditing, certification, training, and regulatory technical support services (according to category) at discounted rates.
