A delegation of chief experts from Belstroytsentr, the Belarusian Research and Design Institute of Urban Planning, and Glavgosexpertiza visited ATIA today.
During the meeting, an extensive exchange of views took place with the Belarusian experts regarding design and construction expertise practices in Azerbaijan. The guests, who became closely acquainted with Azerbaijan’s experience, stated that the meeting was highly beneficial for them.
The chief experts noted that they represent the main institution responsible for conducting state expertise of construction projects in Belarus. They emphasized that projects in their country are approved only after their technical and regulatory compliance has been thoroughly assessed. Quality and safety standards in the construction sector are considered extremely important and receive maximum attention.
The meeting also touched upon certification and attestation issues in the construction industry, as well as training programs organized for companies and specialists.
