Chairman of the Board of ATIA, Ramiz Isayev, participated in a public discussion on the impact of justice sector innovations on business development

Ramiz Isayev, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association (ATIA), took part in a public discussion on the topic “The impact of institutional and legislative innovations implemented in the field of justice on the development of entrepreneurship, as well as the role of the rule of law in ensuring the country’s sustainable development.”

The event was held at the Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers hotel and jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).

The meeting brought together representatives of government bodies, business associations, entrepreneurs, and public organizations to exchange views on the topic. The discussions focused on the positive impact of reforms carried out in the field of justice on business development, the role of business entities in ensuring the rule of law, and the strengthening of the legal foundations of sustainable economic growth.

During his speech, Chairman of the Board of ATIA Ramiz Isayev addressed the legal challenges faced by entrepreneurs and presented several proposals for solving existing issues in this area. He also noted that the ongoing reforms in the justice sector are highly appreciated by entrepreneurs. The proposals submitted by the Association to accelerate certain improvements and enhance joint practical activities were also positively received by the event organizers.
