A public discussion on the topic “Current situation regarding the time and costs required to obtain construction and operation permits and opportunities for their optimization” was organized at the “Baku SME House” by the Public Council under the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), with the support of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture. The event was attended by Ramiz Isayev, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association (ACMA), as well as heads of construction companies that are members of the Association. During the discussion, entrepreneurs’ proposals and challenges were carefully heard, and extensive exchange of views took place regarding possible solutions to these issues.
