The leadership of the Association of Builders and Manufacturers of Azerbaijan (ATIA) and representatives of its member companies held a meeting with the management of one of Belarus’s major construction and real estate companies, A-100 Development, during their visit to Belarus. During the meeting, detailed information was provided about the company’s activities, including the design and construction of residential complexes, commercial facilities, and urban infrastructure projects. The company’s main goal is to create modern, comfortable, and environmentally friendly living environments. It was noted that the company has built more than 100 buildings in Belarus and has extensive experience. A-100 Development also expressed interest in participating in large-scale projects in Azerbaijan. In particular, comprehensive information was presented about one of the company’s most well-known projects, the Novaya Borovaya residential complex. Located near the city of Minsk, this complex has been developed based on modern urban planning principles. In addition to residential buildings, it includes schools, kindergartens, parks, recreational areas, shops, and sports facilities. One of the key features of the complex is that its courtyards are completely car-free, creating a safe, comfortable, and socially developed living environment for residents. The meeting also included discussions on future cooperation opportunities and potential joint projects with A-100 Development.
