Reminding that there was no awkward buildings that did not comply with any architectural standards in Baku, the head of state said that this issue has recently been serious control. “All these issues are regulated by the state, and the number of unauthorized and illegal buildings has decreased significantly. But there are still such cases, and I want to warn all institutions, government agencies and entrepreneurs that this will not be tolerated. I appeal especially to entrepreneurs, the pursuit of profit does not mean that we spoil our unique city with ugly buildings. We will not allow this, illegal constructions must be stopped. All bodies controlling this matter should approach these cases very seriously – Baku City Executive Authority, executive heads of districts located in Baku city.
