The Azerbaijan Construction and Architectural Research Institute, which operates in the State Urban Planning and Architectural Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, published a book “New theoretical bases of reinforced concrete elements”. The book was ordered at the request of the Committee on the basis of the results of the scientific research work on the development of concrete and reinforced structures in the institute in 2019-2020. The publication is the first technical literature in Azerbaijani, which comments on the new basis of reinforced concrete theory and creating methods of calculating reinforced concrete structures. The authors of the book are Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Khanlar Seyfullayev and Technology Doctor of Philosophy Abdi Garayev, and the scientific editor is a doctor of philosophy in technical doctor. The book printed by the decision of the Institute’s decision and the methodology of the reinforcement of the reinforcement of the reinforcement and deformity of the deformity, as well as the forms of the proposed limits were explained with new views. At the same time, recommendations were developed for the application of the new calculation methods offered by reinforced concrete elements. It should be noted that engineering-designers can be addressed to the Azerbaijan Construction and Architectural Research Institute to acquire the book for the use of designers, students and researchers. No payment is required to get the book. As a result of research conducted by the Azerbaijan Construction and Architecture Research Institute, it is planned to publish other scientific books.
