Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1423 of 12 August 2021 “On urban planning issues in the territories liberated from occupation.” Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree: The following amendments shall be made to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1423 of 12 August 2021 “On urban planning issues in the territories liberated from occupation” (Compilation of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2021, No. 8, Article 915 (Volume I)): 1.1. In Part 3, the word “Aghdam” shall be replaced with the words “the city of Khankendi, Aghdam, Aghdara”; 1.2. In paragraph 1.5 of the “Statute of the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karabakh Region under the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the said Decree, the word “Barda” shall be replaced with the word “Khankendi.” The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
