A large-scale legal forum titled “Lady Themis” was held at the International Mugham Center. The event focused on discussions surrounding gender equality, legislation, and the challenges faced by women in the legal profession. The forum was organized as part of the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty. Participants included lawyers, judges, prosecutors, advocates, mediators, scholars, representatives from the private sector, as well as attendees from Turkey. The Azerbaijan Construction Industrialists and Manufacturers Association (ATİA) was represented at the forum by Ramila Israfilbekova, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board. She actively participated in discussions on the role of women in private sector management, presenting her proposals.
