The Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association (ATIA), Ramiz Isayev, took part in the first meeting of the “Azerbaijan–Qatar Joint Business Council” held in Doha, as a member of the delegation led by Kamaladdin Heydarov — the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani Co-Chair of the Joint Economic, Trade and Technical Commission between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Qatar. The meeting was jointly organized by KOBIA and the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the session, opportunities for expanding economic cooperation between the two countries — particularly in the fields of industry, construction, manufacturing and logistics — were discussed. Both sides emphasized the importance of taking practical steps to advance business relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar to a new stage.
