On April 28, in recognition of World Day for Safety and Health at Work and the 120th anniversary of the first collective agreement, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) jointly organized a conference titled “The Impact of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence on Workplaces.” Ramila Israfilbayova, First Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association (ATİA), attended the event. The conference addressed the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on the labor market, as well as the challenges and opportunities they present in workplaces. Experts emphasized the importance of ensuring future protection of labor rights and workplace safety.
