According to Decision No. 250 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 9, 2025, the “Master Plan for the Development of Liman City until 2042” has been approved. This strategic document aims to ensure sustainable development in the construction sector, foster innovations, and apply modern urban planning standards. The decision is regarded as an important step towards modernizing the construction industry and strengthening the economic potential of the region. Active cooperation and support from stakeholders will be provided for the successful implementation of the master plan.
