Information was also presented regarding the World Urban Planning Forum to be held in Baku in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Anar Guliyev and the President of \u201cAgalarov Development,\u201d founder and owner of Sea Breeze Emin Agalarov shared their views on the development of residential areas in Azerbaijan and internationally, new formats and market dynamics, as well as the influence of large-scale urban planning projects on the country\u2019s economy, employment, transportation, tourism, and other sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel discussions featured Darren Combe, CEO of \u201cScott Brownrigg\u201d; Abdullah Alsuiry, Director of Development at \u201cNew Murabba Development\u201d; Petr Kudryavtsev, Founder of \u201cCM International\u201d; Professor of Architecture and Urban Planning Ali Alraouf; David Jenkins, Vice President for Business Development in Eastern Europe at \u201cRadisson Hotel Group\u201d; Alexis Feuillat, Director of Development for the CIS, T\u00fcrkiye, and Israel at \u201cIntercontinental Hotel Group\u201d; Umut Kara, Vice President of International Marketing at \u201cMerit Hotels &amp; Casinos\u201d; and Ritvika Sethi, Senior Manager at \u201cMEAIT &amp; Rixos &amp; All-Inclusive Collection.\u201d They shared their perspectives on opportunities and technological innovations in implementing urban development projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several documents were signed during the panel session:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between \u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d and \u201cCrowne Plaza Hotels &amp; Resorts by IHG,\u201d providing for the construction of a 195-room, 4-star hotel. The document was signed by Emin Agalarov, Founder of \u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d and President of \u201cAgalarov Development,\u201d and Alexis Feuillat, Director of Development for the CIS, T\u00fcrkiye, and Israel at \u201cCrowne Plaza Hotels &amp; Resorts by IHG.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between \u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d and MEAIT and \u201cRixos,\u201d providing for the construction of a 5-star hotel with 504 rooms and 20 villas. The document was signed by Emin Agalarov and Ritvika Sethi, Senior Development Manager at MEAIT and \u201cRixos.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Memorandum of Cooperation between \u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d and \u201cDigital Residence,\u201d signed by Emin Agalarov and Denis Rudnik, Project Manager at \u201cDigital Residence.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation for the development of medical tourism and the \u201cSea Breeze Health Valley\u201d projects, signed by Emin Agalarov and Konstantin Grinfeld, Head of \u201cSea Breeze Health Valley.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Memorandum of Understanding on joint evaluation of potential medical cluster projects, including feasibility studies, signed between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABIF) and \u201cSea Breeze Health Valley\u201d (\u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d). The document was signed by Yasin Jalilov, Executive Director of ABIF, and Konstantin Grinfeld, Head of \u201cSea Breeze Health Valley.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between \u201cSea Breeze Resort,\u201d \u201cSana Hospital Group,\u201d and \u201cDon Agro International,\u201d providing for the creation of an international multidisciplinary medical center. The document was signed by Konstantin Grinfeld, Director of \u201cSea Breeze Health Valley,\u201d Sven Heininger, Director of International Relations at \u201cSana Hospital Group,\u201d and Marat Devlet-Kildeyev, CEO of \u201cDon Agro International.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Memorandum of Understanding between \u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d and the international hotel chain Radisson Hotel Group on the creation of a new hotel under the \u201cRadisson Blu\u201d brand. The document was signed by Emin Agalarov, owner and founder of \u201cSea Breeze Resort\u201d and President of \u201cAgalarov Development,\u201d and David Jenkins, Vice President for Business Development in Eastern Europe at Radisson Blu. Under the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on the creation, management, and provision of international standard services for a hotel to operate under the \u201cRadisson Blu\u201d brand within the \u201cSea Breeze\u201d area.
