On behalf of the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association, we sincerely congratulate the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Mexico to Azerbaijan, Mrs. María Victoria Romero, and, through her, the entire people of Mexico on the occasion of the 215th Anniversary of Mexico’s National Independence.
