As a result of the value given by the President of the country, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to those who work in the construction sector, every year April 10 is celebrated as “Builders’ Day” in our country. Today is also the professional holiday of construction workers. One of the factors showing the economic development of the state is the construction sector. It is no coincidence that the construction sector, which is the leading and most important sector of the non-oil sector of the economy, is one of the priorities of the economic development strategy defined by President Ilham Aliyev. In this regard, if we consider recent years, we will witness the revival and dynamic development in the construction sector. It would not be wrong to say that the capital of the republic, as well as its regions, have turned into a construction site during these years. The development of the construction sector in our country took place not only at the expense of state capital investments, but also at the expense of the private sector’s investments in this field in the free entrepreneurship environment created in our country.
As the Association of Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers, we express our gratitude to the President of the country Ilham Aliyev for the great value given to the work of those working in the field of construction and the establishment of such a special day, and congratulate all the builders working in the construction field on the occasion of the professional holiday, and wish you success in your activities for the development of the construction and construction industry in our country.
